Exchange Policy for Modeza.se
At Modeza.se, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order. Please note that we do not offer returns or right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.
How to make an exchange:
- Exchange period: You have 7 days from the date you received your order to complete an exchange. After this period, exchanges are not accepted.
- Conditions for exchange: In order for an exchange to be approved, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. It must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
- Exchanging a product: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service via email at contact@modeza.se, on Instagram at @modeza.se, or via WhatsApp at +46762214355. Provide your order number and the details of which item you would like to exchange for. We will assist you in arranging the exchange.
- Customer’s responsibility: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange, and the item must be returned to us before an exchange can be processed.
